Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
My Website (change this) ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Returns and Refunds:
We have made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible. If you aren’t satisfied with your order, contact us for a no-questions-asked return plus refund. You must contact us within 90 days of your order date. To complete your return, we simply need a receipt or proof of purchase. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
What to Expect:
If you are eligible, we will promptly arrange for a refund to be processed. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Processing may take a couple of weeks to show on your statement. If it has been over two weeks check with your bank or credit card company then contact us at manager@fervita.us Although optional, we do ask you to please share some feedback as to why you are returning your order. Our customers are our top priority, to that end we are always striving to improve. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services for future customers. If You Purchased a Sale or Reduced Item Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/reduced items cannot be refunded.
Replacement:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at manager@fervita.us and we will let you know where to send your item.
Shipping Returns:
To return your product, send an email to manager@fervita.us and we will let you know the correct return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Time may vary for your exchanged product to reach you, based upon your location.
